One Agenda instead of an inbox
Your day arrives as a single ordered stream: what's happening now, what needs a decision, what's already handled.
It triages your mail
Every message is classified — needs you, handled quietly, or just FYI. Your inbox stays exactly as it is in Gmail; nothing is moved or filed behind your back.
It acts, and asks first
Sending mail, changing an event, deleting something — anything that touches other people waits for your approval. You can grant standing permission for the categories you're comfortable with.
Reminders that follow up
Personal to-dos, due dates, and a nudge before something lapses.
Talk to it
Ask for your day, add a reminder, move a meeting — by voice or by typing.
What it will not do
- It will not send email or change your calendar without your approval.
- It will not move, file, or delete your mail to make its own view work.

Where Lonzo is today
Lonzo is in an invite-only beta. It is not yet on Google Play, so there is nothing to install from the store and no plan you can subscribe to yet. Join the waitlist and we'll get in touch when there is a build you can install.
Lonzo Agenda ($4.99/month) is the plan Lonzo opens with. It makes sure you always know what needs you: the Google connection, AI triage, your whole day as one Agenda, and tap-to-act.
A second plan, Lonzo Assistant, is coming soon — the assistant acting and remembering for you, with reply drafting in your voice, reasoning over your history, prep briefs, and your state following you between devices. It is not available to subscribe to yet.
Getting started
Once you're on the beta:
- Install the build we send you, and create an account (or sign in).
- Connect your Google account — one consent step, Gmail and Calendar.
- Read your first Agenda. That's it; there is nothing to configure.
