How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and enter your email. If an account exists for it, we send a reset link (valid for one hour); open it and choose a new password. For your security, the response looks the same whether or not the email is registered.
Setting a new password signs out your other active sessions.
If you signed up with Google and never set a Lonzo password, there's nothing to reset. No link is sent — we email you to explain instead, so you aren't left waiting for one. Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. If you would rather have a password too, sign in with Google first, then open Account, find the Password row and choose Create; Google sign-in keeps working alongside it.
