An action ran that I didn't expect
Open Activity to see exactly what happened and when. Reversible actions can be reversed from there. If it was something you'd configured the assistant to handle, say "stop doing this" to disable it and reverse what can be reversed.
The assistant asks before anything sensitive or hard to undo, so an unexpected action is usually a routine, reversible one, or something running under a standing permission you switched on earlier. The log shows which, and lets you tighten the permission going forward.
Two things are worth knowing when you're looking for a cause. Nothing was sent on your behalf — no setting makes Lonzo send mail on its own, unsubscribe requests included. And standing permissions that touch your mailbox are part of the Lonzo Assistant plan, which is coming soon; if you're not on it, nothing was archived, filed or silenced for you either, and what you're looking at is triage telling you where something ranked.
