Will it send email or change my calendar without asking?

No. There is no setting you can switch on that makes Lonzo send mail on your behalf — every outgoing message comes from something you asked for, in the moment. It won't draft or send to unengaged incoming mail without your instruction, and it asks first before anything sensitive or hard to undo.

That includes unsubscribe requests, which are the one thing here you can't take back. Lonzo never sends one on its own: obvious bulk marketing gets silenced instead, so it skips your inbox. Ask on one of their emails and the request is sent then — with your one instruction covering it.

The behaviors you can switch on for yourself all stay on your side of the line — silencing, filing, labelling, reporting spam — and each one is reversible, recorded in Activity, and stoppable by saying "stop doing this." Anything that leaves your account, or that would be hard to undo, is presented to you as an approval before it happens.

The safe default always wins

When it isn't sure whether something is sensitive, it asks rather than guessing.
