What can the assistant do?
The assistant manages your inbox (screening, prioritizing, and summarizing mail), manages your calendar (answering questions and creating, moving, or cancelling events), tracks reminders and follow-ups, and orchestrates it all into one prioritized Agenda — acting in your own Gmail and Calendar under your identity.
It screens incoming mail and decides what needs you versus what is routine, answers "what's on my calendar" in plain language, and surfaces follow-ups before they lapse. From anything it surfaces you can take a final action — archive, reply, report spam, unsubscribe — in one tap, and it writes that straight to Gmail. It asks before anything sensitive, records everything in Activity, and reaches you by voice or text or on-screen controls.
Having the routine mail handled for you without a tap — silenced, filed, reported as spam on your standing say-so — is part of the Lonzo Assistant plan, along with reply drafting in your voice, open-ended conversation, reasoning over your history, and sync across devices. That plan is coming soon.
