How does triage work?

For each incoming message the assistant reads and classifies it (urgency, whether it needs a response, who it's from), prioritizes it against everything else, and decides where it goes — onto your Agenda, into the quiet-handled record, or left where routine mail belongs.

That's the difference between a sorted inbox and a real delegate: it decides what reaches you versus what it handles quietly. Your inbox stays intact throughout — messages remain in your native Gmail inbox until a final action is taken. Classification, prioritization, and single-message summaries are all included on Lonzo Agenda, the plan on sale today; acting on your mailbox without a tap is planned for the Lonzo Assistant plan, which is coming soon.
