Why didn't it draft, summarize, or scan something?
Some capabilities aren't here yet: reply drafting in your voice, open-ended conversation, reasoning over your history, and cross-thread insights are planned for the Lonzo Assistant plan, which is coming soon. Today they appear in the app marked as coming soon rather than as something you can turn on.
Scanning itself happens while you have the app open — opening Lonzo brings your Agenda up to date on the spot.
Classification, prioritization, and single-message summaries are all on Lonzo Agenda — they are the floor of the product, not an upgrade. So if a draft or a cross-thread insight didn't appear, it's almost always because that capability hasn't shipped rather than a failure. If something that is on your plan didn't appear, check that Google is still connected.
