What's the difference between the plans?

Lonzo Agenda ($4.99/month) is the plan Lonzo is sold as. It makes sure you know what needs you: it reads and classifies your mail, builds your Agenda, and lets you act with a tap. A second plan, Lonzo Assistant, is coming soon — it will act and remember for you, drafting replies in your voice, handling mail without a tap, and reasoning over your history. It isn't available to subscribe to yet, and we haven't announced a date.

The two plans are the same product — the same Agenda, the same triage, the same real AI classification of your mail, the same Gmail and Calendar connection. The second plan won't unlock a better assistant; it will add the capabilities where the assistant acts or remembers on your behalf. There is no free plan: an account starts with a 14-day free trial of Lonzo Agenda, the same plan the trial converts into.

Neither plan can be bought yet. The app is not yet on Google Play, which is how both the subscription and the trial are sold, so there is no way to pay us today. If we invited you in the meantime, you have Lonzo Agenda and it isn't billed.
