How do I pause the assistant?
Open Account → Automation and choose Pause all. That stops everything Lonzo does on its own — inbox watching, the daily digest, anything else on a schedule — until you choose Resume all. It's one tap, it's reversible, and it changes nothing else: your account, your plan, your data and your Google connection all stay exactly as they are.
You can still ask Lonzo for things yourself while it's paused. Pausing stops the work it starts on its own, not the work you ask for.
Pausing one behavior instead of all of them
The same tab lists each behavior on its own card — inbox monitoring, the daily digest — and each has its own pause switch. Use those when you want to stop one thing and leave the rest running. The master switch reflects them: if you've paused a behavior from its own card, Pause all shows as paused too.
Pausing is not disconnecting
Pausing leaves Lonzo's access to your mail and calendar in place, so it starts again the moment you resume. If you want the access itself cut off, that's Account → Connections → Disconnect — a bigger step that drops the permissions you granted Google, and one you'd have to reconnect and re-approve to undo.
Nothing touches your mailbox on its own on the plan available today, so what pausing stops is the reading, the ranking and the digest — every action on your mail still waits for you.
