Does it follow up before things lapse?

It keeps track of them for you. The assistant captures follow-ups from what you say and from the context of your email, and when you open Lonzo the open ones that need attention are already at the top of your Agenda — you don't have to ask for a status check or go hunting for them.

That's the difference from a to-do list: you don't maintain the list, and you don't have to remember what's outstanding. What Lonzo does not do is interrupt you: it sends no push notifications and no reminder emails on any plan, and it does not reach you while the app is closed. Open follow-ups are waiting, sorted, when you next look.
