How do I delete my data?
Deleting your account deletes the data we hold — the caches of your Google data, the conversations the assistant has worked on with you, and the memory built from them. Google is the authoritative source, so this destroys our copies while your Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts in Google are untouched.
Ask from Account → Delete account in the app, at lonzo.ai/delete-account, or by email to privacy@lonzo.ai. All three put the request on the record for a person to carry out — the in-app control asks and deletes nothing itself, so your account keeps working until we act on it. You can cancel until we do; after that it is irreversible.
We remove your data from our live systems within 30 days, and residual copies age out of our encrypted backups within 90 days, so deletion is complete across everything we run within 90. The two numbers are two different things: removing your data is something we do, and after it nothing we run is serving it; the 90 days is how long our longest-lived backup keeps a copy before it expires on its own.
You can also narrow what the assistant accesses at any time by disconnecting Google, or by reconnecting and granting fewer permissions on Google's own screen. See the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
