Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play's own process — request one from the Play Store (Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history) or at play.google.com. Google decides those requests under its refund policy.

Refunds are governed by the Subscription & Billing Terms. Because Google holds your payment method, we can't issue a refund for a Play charge ourselves — but if Google declines a request you think we should look at, email support@lonzo.ai and we'll review it. Your statutory rights are always preserved.

If you're in the EU, UK, or Switzerland

You have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days after a distance purchase, and it is separate from anything above — it is not a refund we decide, and you do not have to go to Google first to use it. Email support@lonzo.ai and say you want to withdraw. We won't refuse it on the basis of a waiver we can't evidence, and where Google holds the money we'll take your request to Google with you rather than leaving you to argue it on your own. Section 6.3 of the Subscription & Billing Terms is what we've committed to here.
