How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through Google Play, where your subscription is billed. You can do it from the Play Store app on your phone (Menu → Subscriptions) or on the web at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Tapping Manage plan in Lonzo takes you to the same place from either the app or the web app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current period.
After the period ends the account has no product access until you subscribe again — there is no free plan to fall back to. Your data is retained, not deleted, so re-subscribing restores your account. Cancelling doesn't cut short the access or the usage allowance you already have for the current period. See the Subscription & Billing Terms for the details.
