Is there a usage limit?

Your plan includes an allowance of AI processing for every billing period, sized to that plan. The allowance is an internal service limit, not a currency: it can't be bought, transferred, or cashed out, and there are no top-ups or add-ons to purchase.

If you reach the limit for a period, AI features become limited for the rest of that period. Nothing else changes — your plan, your features, and your data stay exactly as they are, and the allowance resets at your next renewal. Unused allowance doesn't carry forward. There is no higher plan to buy more headroom with today, so if you regularly reach the limit, tell us at support@lonzo.ai. See the Subscription & Billing Terms for the full model.

If your period rolled over and the allowance didn't come back

The reset is applied when Google tells us your subscription renewed, or the next time we re-verify it — not by a job that runs on your renewal date. Nearly always that's the same day. If it's late, and your new period has started while the app still says you've used everything up, that's ours to fix: your plan hasn't changed, nothing you did caused it, and there's nothing to buy to put it right. Write to support@lonzo.ai or use Help & Support in the app, and a person will restore the allowance. A late reset doesn't cost you the allowance — the period you paid for is still owed to you.
