Still stuck?

Just ask the assistant. In the app, go to Account → Help and tap Get help on the Help & Support row, then describe what you were doing and what you expected to happen — it answers questions about the product, your account, syncing, and billing, and it can see your own agenda to help in context.

You can also email support@lonzo.ai with the same description. Our assistant answers support email too; note that it replies with general product help and does not have access to your private account data over email, so for anything account-specific it's best to ask inside the app where you're signed in. Anything the assistant can't answer goes to a person — as does anything about privacy, legal matters, security, abuse, deleting your account, or a charge you're disputing, which always reach a person rather than an automatic reply. If you'd rather not deal with the assistant at all, just say so in your message and it will pass you on. We don't promise a response time.

Not signed in — or can't get in? Open Lonzo and ask in the Questions about Lonzo box on the sign-in screen. It answers from these same help pages, so it's the quickest route to a product question, and anything it can't answer goes to a person. It has no access to your account and no way to write back to you there, so if you need an answer sent to you — or the question is about your own account or a charge — email support@lonzo.ai instead.

For security issues, follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy instead. To review something the assistant did, open Activity, which records every action it took on your behalf.
