Which platforms and devices are supported?
Lonzo is a mobile app, on Android today with iOS following — but the Android app is not yet on Google Play, so the web app below is the way in for now. When the listing is live you will install it from Google Play, which is also where you subscribe.
There's a web app too, for Chrome or Edge on the desktop, and you can sign in to it with the same account. Safari and Firefox can't run it yet — the web app connects over WebTransport, which those browsers don't support — so on a Mac or an iPhone, use Chrome or Edge. If you open it in a browser that can't connect, the page tells you so rather than sitting on a spinner. What Lonzo Agenda doesn't include is sync: it's a single-device plan, so a phone and a browser aren't kept in step with each other. Sync across devices is planned for the Lonzo Assistant plan, which is coming soon.
The AI work runs on our servers, not on your phone, so every supported device gets the same quality — a budget phone classifies your mail exactly as well as a flagship. Your device needs a network connection to do new work; an offline device still shows your last-synced Agenda.
What you need: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later, and a Google account. For the web app, a current version of Chrome or Edge.
